For the past 14 years, fitness has been more than just a passion for me — it has been a lifestyle, a discipline, and a craft I’ve dedicated my life to mastering.
I have spent 10 years competing in bodybuilding, including 5 years as an IFBB Professional Bodybuilder, learning firsthand what it takes to build muscle, lose body fat, and maintain elite-level conditioning. Throughout my journey I’ve trained and learned from some of the best bodybuilders and coaches in the world, gaining knowledge that goes far beyond what most people see on social media or in the average gym.
In 2022, I had the honor of competing in the Mr. Olympia, the most prestigious bodybuilding competition in the world. In 2025, I placed 4th at the Masters Olympia in Tokyo, Japan, competing against the best professional bodybuilders in the world aged 40 and older.
Through years of training, coaching, competing, and studying the science of physique development, I created B.I.A.S Training — Bodybuilding Is A Skill.
